PRIVATE BETA
Privacy notice
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This notice explains how InOrd handles information while providing the invitation-only V.I.K.K.I private beta. The beta connects to a Microsoft account chosen by the user.
Information processed
Depending on the enabled features, InOrd may process message subjects, senders, recipients, dates, message content and relevant thread context; Outlook folders, categories, flags, drafts and message identifiers; calendar availability and meeting details; Microsoft To Do task information; and the rules, settings, task answers and audit information required to provide the service.
Why it is processed
The information is used to organise email, prepare unsent drafts, answer mailbox questions, show source messages, manage requested tasks and meetings, prevent duplicate actions, apply user settings, support recovery and investigate problems.
Microsoft connection
Microsoft handles sign-in, passwords and multi-factor verification. InOrd receives delegated access only after the user approves the Microsoft permission screen. The user can pause monitoring or disconnect access.
Service providers
Microsoft provides mailbox, calendar and task services. The hosting provider runs the application. When an AI feature is used, the minimum relevant content may be sent securely to OpenAI through its API to produce the requested classification, draft or answer.
Control and deletion
Users can pause automation, restore tracked mailbox organisation where supported, disconnect Microsoft access and request removal of saved InOrd data. Disconnecting prevents future access but does not itself undo earlier mailbox changes.
Private beta limitations
Do not use the beta for urgent, safety-critical, legal, medical, financial or highly confidential correspondence. Do not provide passwords, security codes, API keys, card details or mailbox exports through feedback.
Contact
Questions or data requests can be submitted to the InOrd beta owner through the Feedback area inside the application.
