PRIVATE BETA

Beta terms of use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply to the invitation-only InOrd V.I.K.K.I private beta. By connecting a Microsoft account, the tester agrees to use the beta carefully and only with an account they are authorised to access.

Beta service

The beta is provided for evaluation and may change, pause or contain errors. Access is currently payment-free for invited testers and does not promise future free access or general availability.

User responsibility

V.I.K.K.I assists with email, tasks, rules and meetings; it is not an authority. The tester must check source messages, facts, recipients, dates and wording before relying on an answer or sending a prepared draft.

Outgoing communication

Normal reply assistance prepares an unsent Outlook draft for review. The tester remains responsible for deciding whether to edit or send it. Confirmed calendar actions or other explicitly approved actions may be applied through Microsoft.

Acceptable use

The tester must not use InOrd to access another person's account without authorisation, send unlawful or abusive content, bypass security controls, expose credentials or secrets, or operate urgent and safety-critical workflows without independent checks.

Reporting and safety

If an unexplained sent or deleted message, duplicate action, cross-account information, failed restore or Microsoft security restriction appears, pause monitoring immediately and report the issue through Feedback.

Leaving the beta

The tester can pause monitoring, restore tracked organisation where supported, disconnect Microsoft access and request deletion of saved InOrd data. Outlook should be checked before the connection record is removed.

No warranty

The beta is supplied for testing on an as-available basis. Automated classifications, drafts and answers may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by the tester.
